Artikel 1: Översikt

SAS HOLDHAM, med ett kapital på 10 315 500 euro, registrerat i handels- och bolagsregistret i Caen under nummer B 352 998 827, företrätt av Eric Joan och med huvudkontor på 1 rue du Campus, 14200 Hérouville-Saint-Clair, Frankrike, anordnar en tävling med omedelbar vinst med titeln ”Delta och få chansen att vinna! En 5-dagars resa till New York för 2 personer, 1 av 10 smartphones, 1 av 25 Oxford business bags, 1 av 100 Pelikan pennor, och 1 av 100 Oxford International Meetingbooks” från den 1 januari 2025 till den 31 mars 2026, nedan kallad ’tävlingen’.
Artikel 2: Villkor för deltagande
Tävlingen är öppen för alla vuxna individer i länder där de marknadsförda produkterna finns tillgängliga, med undantag för anställda hos de organiserande företagen och deras leverantörer, samt deras familjemedlemmar. I händelse av tvist kan bevis på identitet komma att begäras.
Deltagandet är begränsat till 1 post per unik produktkod.
Det är strängt förbjudet att spela från ett konto som öppnats för en annan persons räkning.
Artikel 3: Marknadsföring av tävlingen
The competition will be promoted on the www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com website and advertised via a QR Code printed on stickers affixed directly to notebooks from the Oxford International range promoting the competition.
Artikel 4: Deltagande
För att delta måste du
1. Köpa eller ta emot en produkt från Oxford Internationals sortiment med erbjudandet under tävlingsperioden.
2. Mellan den 1 januari 2025 och den 31 mars 2026 kl. 23:59 besöka webbplatsen www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com eller skanna QR-koden på produktens klistermärken för att omdirigeras till webbplatsen.
3. Fyll i registreringsformuläret (land, efternamn, förnamn, adress, postnummer, stad, e-post), ange den unika alfanumeriska koden som finns på produktdekalen och bekräfta ditt deltagande genom att klicka på knappen ”Delta”.
När formuläret har fyllts i kommer deltagaren omedelbart att informeras om huruvida han eller hon har vunnit eller förlorat, förutsatt att tävlingsreglerna har följts.
Tävlingsperioden omfattar 236 omedelbara vinstmöjligheter.
Ett instant win-ögonblick definieras av ett visst datum och en viss tid; vid detta tillfälle är ett pris på gång. Ögonblicket för omedelbar vinst förblir ”öppet” tills någon deltar och vinner priset. Om en spelares deltagande sker efter öppnandet av ett ögonblick för omedelbar vinst och inga andra spelare har deltagit mellan det ögonblick då det öppnades och tidpunkten för deras deltagande, vinner spelaren priset.
Moment för omedelbar vinst kommer att bestämmas slumpmässigt.
Om den information som lämnats är felaktig kommer deltagaren att uppmanas att försöka igen och i enlighet med gällande regler.
Alla avbrutna anslutningar kommer att betraktas som ogiltiga.
Artikel 5: Tilldelning och leverans av priser
Priserna i tävlingen deponeras hos Me Malherbe – SCP V.L.M.V., associerad kronofogde i Caen, 22 Avenue Père Charles de Foucauld – Résidence Harmony – BP 6008 – 14061 Caen Cedex 4, Frankrike.
Priserna kommer att skickas via e-post till den adress som anges i registreringsformuläret inom en månad efter det att deltagandet har bekräftats. Vinnarna kommer att ombes att bekräfta sina kontaktuppgifter och ange sitt telefonnummer genom att svara på detta e-postmeddelande. Om vinnaren inte svarar inom två veckor efter att ha mottagit e-postmeddelandet kommer priset att betraktas som ogiltigt.
Priserna kommer att skickas till den postadress som anges i registreringsformuläret. Ofullständigt deltagande eller felaktig information som gör det omöjligt att kontakta den vinnande deltagaren, liksom deltagande av en obehörig person eller bedrägligt deltagande, kommer att betraktas som ogiltigt. Priset kommer inte att delas ut.
Artikel 6: Priser

– 1 trip to New York for 5 days/4 nights for 2 people, including 2 round-trip airfare tickets (excluding school holiday periods in France) in economy class, airport transfers upon arrival and departure in New York, a 4-night stay for 2 people (1 room), and a meal allowance of €500/person, totalling €1,000 including tax, and a New York CityPass. Information on the CityPass can be found at my.citypass.com. You’ll find up-to-date information on each attraction, including bookings, entry instructions, opening times and useful tips for planning your visit. Estimated total value including tax: €5,000.
– 10 smartphones (motsvarande Apple iPhone 15 128 GB), med ett uppskattat enhetsvärde inklusive skatt på 979 euro.
– 25 Oxford business bags, med ett uppskattat enhetsvärde inklusive skatt på 79,90 euro.
– 100 Pelikan Ineo pennor, med ett uppskattat enhetsvärde inklusive skatt på 18,00 euro.
– 100 Oxford International Meetingbooks, med ett uppskattat värde per enhet inklusive moms på 14,00 euro.
Artikel 7: Utbyte av priser av vinnare
Priser kan inte bytas ut mot deras penningvärde eller något annat pris.
Artikel 8: Ingen ersättning av priser från arrangörens sida
SAS HOLDHAM förbehåller sig rätten att inte ersätta det vunna priset med ett pris av likvärdigt värde eller att betala vinnaren motsvarande pris i kontanter.
Artikel 9: Arrangörens ansvar
The organisers may not under any circumstances be held responsible in any way whatsoever for malfunctions linked to Internet connections during participation in the competition, nor for the postponement and/or cancellation and/or modification of the operation for reasons beyond its control.
The organising company will not be held liable for any event for which it is not responsible, particularly in the event of poor delivery of mail, the unavailability of the application dedicated to the competition (www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com), technical failure making it impossible to continue the competition, Internet network malfunctions preventing the competition from running smoothly, interruptions, data transmission delays, failures of the participant’s computer or any other problem related to communication networks, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment or software, the loss of any data, the consequences of any virus, anomaly, technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that has prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the competition or has damaged a participant’s system, errors in the routing of the prizes, the loss of the prizes when they are dispatched, their non-receipt or deterioration, their late delivery.
It is the responsibility of all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the site and participation in the competition is done under the entire responsibility of the participants.

The organising company reserves the right to exclude from the competition and take legal action against any person who has attempted to cheat or disrupt the smooth running of the competition. A winner who has cheated will be automatically stripped of any prize.
The organiser reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, cancel or extend, at any time, the competition, as well as to modify the conditions thereof, if circumstances so require, and without its liability being incurred and without any compensation being claimed by the participants.
Artikel 10: Inlämning av tävlingsregler
Participants in this competition accept all of these rules, which are filed with Me Malherbe – SCP V.L.M.V., associated bailiffs in Caen, 22 Avenue Père Charles de Foucauld – Résidence Harmony – BP 6008 – 14061 Caen Cedex 4, France.
It can be consulted free of charge on the www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com site for the duration of the competition and sent free of charge on written request to the address of the organising company.
Artikel 11: Godkännande av reglerna
Deltagande i denna tävling innebär ett fullständigt godkännande av de villkor som anges i dessa regler. SAS HOLDHAM kommer inte att besvara några frågor (skriftliga eller per telefon) om tolkningen eller tillämpningen av reglerna eller tävlingens villkor och mekanismer under hela tävlingens löptid. SAS HOLDHAM kommer att vara den enda och oåterkalleliga skiljedomaren för alla frågor som rör tillämpningen av dessa regler eller alla frågor som kan uppstå som inte löses genom dessa regler. Inga tvister eller anspråk som uppstår efter tävlingens slut kommer att godtas. Inga skriftliga eller telefoniska förfrågningar om information om operationen kommer att besvaras.
Participants authorise all checks concerning their identity and contact details, any false or erroneous indication of identity or address will automatically result in elimination from participation.
Artikel 12: Dataskydd
Personal data collected in the participation form are mandatory to participate in the competition. It is intended for the organising company, for the sole purpose of participating in the competition, managing the winners, and awarding prizes.
The data will only be kept for 30 days from the end of the competition for the sole purpose of running the competition and will not be used for commercial purposes. By ticking the box ”I agree to receive information from the organiser”, participants agree to their email address being kept for the purposes of sending out the Oxford newsletter. In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), any person completing a participation form has the right to access, rectify or delete any personal data collected by the organising company. These rights may be exercised by sending a written request to the following address: Agence Caennaise Mediapilote, 12 rue Bailey, 14000 Caen, France.
Persons who exercise their right to have their personal data deleted before the prizes are awarded shall be deemed to have withdrawn their participation.
This use does not confer on the winners any right to remuneration or benefit whatsoever other than the award of the prize won.
Participants authorise all verifications concerning their identity and age. Any false indications of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of their participation.
