Artículo 1: Resumen

SAS HOLDHAM, con un capital de 10.315.500 euros, inscrita en el Registro Mercantil y de Sociedades de Caen con el número B 352 998 827, representada por el Sr. Eric Joan, y con sede en 1 rue du Campus, 14200 Hérouville-Saint-Clair, Francia, organiza un concurso instantáneo titulado «¡Participa para tener la oportunidad de ganar! Un viaje de 5 días a Nueva York para 2 personas, 1 de 10 smartphones, 1 de 25 bolsas de negocios Oxford, 1 de 100 bolígrafos Pelikan y 1 de 100 Oxford International Meetingbooks» desde el 1 de enero de 2025, hasta el 31 de marzo de 2026, en adelante “el concurso”.
Artículo 2: Condiciones de participación
El concurso está abierto a cualquier persona física mayor de edad en los países en los que estén disponibles los productos promocionados, a excepción de los empleados de las empresas organizadoras y sus proveedores, así como sus familiares. En caso de litigio, se podrá solicitar una prueba de identidad.
La participación está limitada a 1 participación por código de producto único.
Queda terminantemente prohibido jugar desde una cuenta abierta en nombre de otra persona.
Artículo 3: Promoción del concurso
The competition will be promoted on the www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com website and advertised via a QR Code printed on stickers affixed directly to notebooks from the Oxford International range promoting the competition.
Artículo 4: Participación
Para participar, es necesario
1. Comprar o recibir un producto de la gama Oxford International que incluya la oferta durante el periodo del concurso.
2. 2. Entre el 1 de enero de 2025 y el 31 de marzo de 2026 a las 23:59 horas, visitar el sitio web www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com o escanear el código QR que aparece en las pegatinas de los productos para ser redirigido al sitio web.
3. 3. Rellene el formulario de inscripción (país, apellidos, nombre, dirección, código postal, ciudad, correo electrónico), introduzca el código alfanumérico exclusivo impreso en el adhesivo del producto y valide su participación haciendo clic en el botón «Participar».
Una vez cumplimentado el formulario, se comunicará inmediatamente al participante si ha ganado o perdido, siempre que haya respetado las normas del concurso.
El periodo del concurso incluye 236 oportunidades de ganar premios instantáneos.
Un momento de premio instantáneo se define por una fecha y hora específicas; en ese momento, hay un premio en juego. El momento de premio instantáneo permanece «abierto» hasta que alguien participa y gana el premio. Si la participación de un jugador se produce después de la apertura de un momento de premio instantáneo y ningún otro jugador ha participado entre el momento en que se abrió y el momento de su participación, el jugador gana el premio.
Los momentos de premio instantáneo se determinarán al azar.
Si la información facilitada es incorrecta, se invitará al participante a intentarlo de nuevo y de conformidad con las presentes reglas.
Toda conexión interrumpida se considerará nula.
Artículo 5: Asignación y entrega de los premios
Los premios del concurso se depositarán en Me Malherbe – SCP V.L.M.V., agentes judiciales asociados en Caen, 22 Avenue Père Charles de Foucauld – Résidence Harmony – BP 6008 – 14061 Caen Cedex 4, Francia.
El envío de los premios se organizará por correo electrónico, que se enviará a la dirección indicada en el formulario de inscripción en el plazo de 1 mes a partir de la validación de la participación. Se pedirá a los ganadores que confirmen sus datos de contacto y faciliten su número de teléfono respondiendo a este correo electrónico. Si el ganador no responde en un plazo de dos semanas a partir de la recepción del correo electrónico, su premio se considerará nulo.
Los premios se enviarán a la dirección postal facilitada en el formulario de inscripción. Se considerará nula toda participación incompleta o con datos incorrectos que impidan ponerse en contacto con el participante ganador, así como toda participación de una persona no autorizada o participación fraudulenta. El premio no será entregado.
Artículo 6: Premios

You’ll find up-to-date information on each attraction, including bookings, entry instructions, opening times and useful tips for planning your visit. Estimated total value including tax: €5,000.
– 10 smartphones (equivalentes al Apple iPhone 15 de 128 GB), con un valor unitario estimado, impuestos incluidos, de 979 euros.
– 25 bolsas de negocios Oxford, con un valor unitario estimado, impuestos incluidos, de 79,90 euros.
– 100 bolígrafos Pelikan Ineo, con un valor unitario estimado, impuestos incluidos, de 18,00 euros.
– 100 Oxford International Meetingbooks, con un valor unitario estimado, impuestos incluidos, de 14,00 euros.
Artículo 7: Canje de premios por parte de los ganadores
Los premios no podrán canjearse por su valor monetario ni por ningún otro premio.
Artículo 8: No sustitución de premios por el organizador
SAS HOLDHAM se reserva el derecho a no sustituir el premio ganado por otro de valor equivalente o a abonar al ganador el equivalente en metálico del premio.
Artículo 9: Responsabilidad del organizador
The organisers may not under any circumstances be held responsible in any way whatsoever for malfunctions linked to Internet connections during participation in the competition, nor for the postponement and/or cancellation and/or modification of the operation for reasons beyond its control.
The organising company will not be held liable for any event for which it is not responsible, particularly in the event of poor delivery of mail, the unavailability of the application dedicated to the competition (www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com), technical failure making it impossible to continue the competition, Internet network malfunctions preventing the competition from running smoothly, interruptions, data transmission delays, failures of the participant’s computer or any other problem related to communication networks, servers, Internet access providers, computer equipment or software, the loss of any data, the consequences of any virus, anomaly, technical, hardware or software failure of any kind that has prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the competition or has damaged a participant’s system, errors in the routing of the prizes, the loss of the prizes when they are dispatched, their non-receipt or deterioration, their late delivery.
It is the responsibility of all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack. The connection of any person to the site and participation in the competition is done under the entire responsibility of the participants.
Queda terminantemente prohibido, por cualquier procedimiento, modificar o intentar modificar los sistemas de concurso ofrecidos, en particular para modificar los resultados o cualquier elemento que determine el resultado del concurso y los ganadores del mismo.
The organising company reserves the right to exclude from the competition and take legal action against any person who has attempted to cheat or disrupt the smooth running of the competition. A winner who has cheated will be automatically stripped of any prize.
The organiser reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, cancel or extend, at any time, the competition, as well as to modify the conditions thereof, if circumstances so require, and without its liability being incurred and without any compensation being claimed by the participants.
Artículo 10: Presentación de las bases del concurso
Participants in this competition accept all of these rules, which are filed with Me Malherbe – SCP V.L.M.V., associated bailiffs in Caen, 22 Avenue Père Charles de Foucauld – Résidence Harmony – BP 6008 – 14061 Caen Cedex 4, France.
It can be consulted free of charge on the www.oxford-international-30th-anniversary.com site for the duration of the competition and sent free of charge on written request to the address of the organising company.
Artículo 11: Aceptación de las normas
La participación en este concurso implica la plena aceptación de las condiciones establecidas en el presente reglamento. SAS HOLDHAM no responderá a ninguna pregunta (enviada por escrito o formulada por teléfono) relativa a la interpretación o aplicación del reglamento o de las condiciones y mecanismos del concurso durante toda su duración. SAS HOLDHAM será el árbitro único e irrevocable de cualquier cuestión relativa a la aplicación del presente reglamento o de cualquier cuestión que pueda surgir y que no esté resuelta en el presente reglamento. No se aceptará ninguna disputa o reclamación que surja una vez finalizado el concurso. No se responderá a ninguna solicitud de información escrita o telefónica relativa a la operación.
Participants authorise all checks concerning their identity and contact details, any false or erroneous indication of identity or address will automatically result in elimination from participation.
Artículo 12: Protección de datos
Personal data collected in the participation form are mandatory to participate in the competition. It is intended for the organising company, for the sole purpose of participating in the competition, managing the winners, and awarding prizes.
The data will only be kept for 30 days from the end of the competition for the sole purpose of running the competition and will not be used for commercial purposes. By ticking the box «I agree to receive information from the organiser», participants agree to their email address being kept for the purposes of sending out the Oxford newsletter. In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), any person completing a participation form has the right to access, rectify or delete any personal data collected by the organising company. These rights may be exercised by sending a written request to the following address: Agence Caennaise Mediapilote, 12 rue Bailey, 14000 Caen, France.
Persons who exercise their right to have their personal data deleted before the prizes are awarded shall be deemed to have withdrawn their participation.
This use does not confer on the winners any right to remuneration or benefit whatsoever other than the award of the prize won.
Participants authorise all verifications concerning their identity and age. Any false indications of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of their participation.
