1. What is the Oxford International competition ?
The Oxford International competition is a promotional campaign offering participants the chance to win one of a variety of prizes, including smartphones, luggage and a 5-day trip to New York.
2. Which prizes are on offer ?
- A 5-day trip to New York for 2 people with an estimated total value including VAT of 5,000€
- 10 Apple iPhone 15, 128 GB smartphones with an estimated individual value (incl. VAT) of €979
- 25 Oxford business backpacks with an estimated individual value (incl. VAT) of €79.90
- 100 Pelikan INEO pens with an estimated individual value (incl. VAT) of €18
- 100 Oxford International Meetingbooks: with an estimated individual value (incl. VAT) of €14
3. How can I take part in the competition ?
To take part, fill in the entry form with your surname, first name, address, town/city, postcode, country and email address. Don’t forget to enter the competition code provided on the sticker on the cover of your notebook and accept the privacy policy and the competition rules.
4. When does the competition run from ?
The competition runs from 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2026.
5. How will I know if I’ve won a prize ?
Winners will be notified by email. You will also see a winning notification on the competition page indicating the prize you have won.
6. What happens if I don’t win ?
If you don’t win, you will have the opportunity to try your luck again. You will be notified that you haven’t won and that the game is over.
7. What are the eligibility criteria for taking part in the game ?
This game is open to all individuals over the age of 18 in the countries where the products carrying the offer are available, excluding the staff of the organising companies and their suppliers, as well as members of their families.

8. How is my personal information processed ?
Your personal information is collected in compliance with the privacy policy. It will only be used for the purposes of the competition and to inform the winners, unless you have agreed to receive information from the organiser by ticking the box ‘I agree to receive information from the organiser’.
